Meet Kia Stanfield

As a Baltimore native and a seasoned real estate professional of 23 years, Kia recognizes and values the importance of the trust clients place in her. She is committed to demonstrating the highest of integrity and adhering to the highest of ethical standards in all transactions.

Kia says, “Buying a home is the largest investment many people will make in their lives. And while it is primarily an economic transaction, I am always mindful and careful never to underestimate the power of one’s emotional attachment to their purchase and or the sale of a home. Selling and/or buying a home can be immensely stressful in many ways, and it is my job to ease that anxiety by effectively communicating and demonstrating a level of empathy that all clients deserve during this transitional period.”

Helping clients realize the dream of home ownership and the business of real estate as a whole is Kia’s passion. Kia currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, as well as serves on GBBR’s Education Committee.
